Personalized Exercise Program
Just like the nutritional program, the exercise program is a very detailed personalized plan. Each program is designed over a 4-month (16 week) period and is tailor made for you. It will take into account whether or not you have access to a gym, exercise experience, lifestyle and so on.
The great part about the program is that at the end of the 4 months, you can re-test and use it again and continue to make progress.
